Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted February 21, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2013 35 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,083 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 400 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions in the hairline, and 240 grafts were placed in 0.8mm incisions to recreate temporal peaks for the patient. 1.2mm incisions were used to place 1,043 grafts in the front. 1.2mm incisions were used to put 300 grafts in the top of his scalp. I have so much hair coming in its amazing and starting to look real good.... I didn't want to post my experience with you till I saw some results, and so far, I'm very happy and hoping to be a lot happier in a couple more months.... Looks like is very thin behind the hairline in the after but cant tell if that was planted and you cant really see the hairline very well in neither the before or after.
