(No grafts were planned for the crown with this patient for his first procedure) Strip harvest and two layer, stapled trichophytic closure. Images show before surgery, followed by surgical plan markings, immediately following transplantation of all the follicular unit grafts, and finally one year after the procedure showing near complete makeover. Good to see a top down picture as well. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK.
