Senior Member Dr. Hakan DOGANAY Posted November 9, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 9, 2012 Hello All, I have been doing this job since 2002. I use Choi Hair Transplanter / implanter Pen technique. With this technique, I use small pen needles for planting grafts into recipient sites. After the surgery, patient's recovery is faster and the result is natural. Please check the pictures to see my technique. The pictures show before the surgery and after 3 and 15 days results. All of the pictures and videos belong to my work. Thank you for your comments about the results.

Bill - Seemiller
Dr. Doganay, Thanks for presenting this case. The recipient area looks nice and refined. However, I'm concerned that the extractions extend far outside of the universal safe zone, into the nape area, etc. Can you explain your approach and reasons for this? Also, how old is the patient? He appears to have some gradual thinning throughout the top of the scalp, which I suspect (without medical intervention) will require further surgical treatment. Also, the photos above seem to show the scalp before, immediately post-op and only 1 month after surgery. Do you have any current photos showing the result? Thanks, Bill
