Top surgeons that use manual extraction technique and don't require donor shaving

As the title implies, who are these docs?

I'm leery of going with a any surgeon that uses motorized extractions. Even in the best of hands there can be problems.

Does Bisanga still require full head shaves? What about Dr. Lorenzo of Spain or Feriduni?

I need to get this done in a low key manner, even if I go for smaller hairline session now and get another one later.

Thanks

If you require a substantial amount of grafts, then head shaving is mandatory. Sometimes you can get away with partially shaving one section of your scalp but if you need like 1,000 grafts you might as well shave the back and sides. Some doctors do that procedure where they cut one hair down really short and extract it, cut another hair short, extract but it is more costly, takes longer and most only do up to 300 grafts that way.

FUT is a lot easier to hide, but FUE has to be shaved down. Only for small FUE sessions would it be possible to hide the donor area.

4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013

1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018

763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020

Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
