Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted November 3, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2012 I inherited the genes from my father. There is significant lack of hair in my temple area I'm interpreting your statement above to say that you have a naturally high hairline with little or no advancing hair loss. Is that right? Or you do mean that you are balding and expect your hair loss to become worse? Your options will change based on which one the case may be. You certainly have a high hairline that could potentially be lowered via hair transplant surgery and choosing to do so is a personal decision. I suggest contacting some of the recommended physicians in your area and scheduling one or more online or in-person consultations. Good luck! I think we would need some better pictures, age info etc, to give an opinion as to what would look good. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day
