These results are from 90 days after starting a laser therapy protocol and following a strict schedule. Patient washed hair daily with a regular PH balanced shampoo. We also always advise to use a vasodilator to help with blood flow for the first 90-120 days to accelerate the benefits of low laser therapy. The patient is already happy with her results and feels more concealed and confident. We will continue to follow her for the next year monitoring and posting her results. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted September 5, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted September 5, 2012 Carly, It will be interesting to see how the combination of LLLT and a vasodilator (like minoxidil) work in females suffering from diffuse hair loss. Although it could be difficult to tell which treatment is working most effectively, it may be interesting to see if the combination really works. What's more, this case should provide some very consistent "before and after" images (as the before pictures are nicely documented). Look forward to the updates! Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
