Great work by Dr. Wesley! This patient looks great three years later. Based on his postings here, I'd say that Dr. Wesley does some of the most natural hairline work in the business. I remember some of his immediate post surgery photos showing his unique hairline layout (not just the usual "shaky hand" or "spokes" pattern), which I'm assuming must be largely responsible for these ultra natural results.

This result looks extremely natural. I know the patient is thrilled! Also it seems as if his rate of hair loss is very slow, or he is responding to Finasteride if he is taking it.

Thanks so much, RCWest and PuPDaddy, for the kind words. In response to Shampoo's question: the patient is taking finasteride 1mg daily. He began that regimen at the time of our first meeting together which was two years before his first hair transplant session with me. So, while the medication seems to have held some of his hair loss in check, it did little to promote growth in the frontal portion of his scalp. That's what led to our determination to undergo hair restoration surgery.
