Transplanted hair breaking through

Hi All

 

When the transplanted hair starts to break through, are the hairs very soft and thin?

 

I have seen many posts where people have stated that the hairs are very wirey at first. Surely this is after they have grown in a bit?

 

I am starting to see a lot of baby hairs in the hairline on one side and intrigued to know if this is the start of the HT growth. Either way im happy as its a good sign.

yes they come through very thin and soft to touch. mine have become a bit curly at present.

 

congrats you have reached the fun stage and now only more growth on the horizon.

 

i advise taking biotin and msm if not already doing so.

So how far along post-op are you? If you are past the 3-4 month period then yes the best is yet to come and they can come through a bit softer and finer in texture because of the finer caliber when the new hair begins breaking through.

 

Possibly some of what you are seeing was some natural or native hair coming through as well.
