At that time I felt he was a borderline candidate for hair restoration due to his extensive loss. However, he had an impressive improvement with the medical treatment of finasteride, minoxidil, Head & Shoulders/ Nizoral shampoo. A single transplant was performed over the top of the scalp with a predominance of grafts going to the frontal zone. Results at 6 months. Would like to do a 2nd session to give it more fullness. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
