hi well im on 0.5 propecia everyday multivit and biotin peope suggest msm but not sure what it is could people help out, whats the pros and cons any sides etc whats the benifits had 2000 fue grafts around 6 months ago cheers guys

The one thing to remember is that it does NOT help grow new hair. It only makes currently growing hair grow faster and may give it a healthier appearance. That's it, nothing more. Your nails will also grow faster too.

No side effects at all to using MSM, and for sure it does make hair and nails grow faster.
