27 Needing hair transplant need advice (with pictures)

Hi everyone! Im ethan. Im 27 with a NW 2.5 i would guess? im not really sure. Im very serously considering having surgery with Dr. Rahl in canada by december of this year(im gonna be forwarding this pictures and an emial to him this weekend). im not in terrible shape but i diffenetly have thinned out as i get closer to 30. im including pictures of my hair so i can get some advice on a few things.

 

now When i style my hair i use topic and i have to say with topic i pretty much look like i dont need hair transplant. but without topik i think i personally do. so here are my questions.

 

1. should i get one at my age with my hair loss or should i try rogiane instead or other topicals.

 

2. how many grafts should i get if i need surgery? i was thinking of 1700-2000 ALL in the front for full frontal density.

 

3. should i wait a few more years?

 

I would apprecaite any feedback.

Okay those arent really good pictures but lest just concentrate on this picture which shows how my hair looks without topic and with my lifting up the hair to see how much its thinned.

Really hard to tell with those pics, you need better ones from a few feet away and one with your hair back. Are you on Finasteride?

Your camera sucks balls, hard to tell...looks like you have plenty left, but if you're not on propecia get on that for 12 months first
