Hello there, I'm new to the forum. Been reading quite a bit on here but I still like to ask for you guys' opinions. I'm about a month away from the one year mark since my FUT. My norwod scale is the 3, I think. I noticed that the the left side of the HT is growing out better than the right side. I was wondering if the right side will catch up (late growing) or is this it? I run my hand through the scalp over the transplanted area and I feel that there are more tiny new growing hairs on the left side than the right side (feel more tiny hair poking my fingers on the left side than the right side).

What is your take on this?

Thanks!

Is it the crown area??? there was a BIG discussion on this earlier...in general a year is probably the benchmark!! However, if its the crown, give it 18 months!!

Guitarpix, it's hard to tell anything without before and after pics.

Your hair actually looks to be very good other than the receeded hairline. Did your HT surgeon graft there??

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

RCWest,

In the link I provided, the first four pictures with the word "pre op" are my pre-HT pictures. The rest is the 11th month of the HT.
