I would say definitely 2 ops...but Im thinking you probably need in the range of 6000 plus grafts for good coverage...3000-3500 should take care of the frontal region pretty nice..

Newhairplease!!

Dr Rahal in January 19, 2012:)

4808 FUT grafts- 941 singles, 2809 doubles, 1031 triples, 27 quads

I am one of if not the biggest fan of Dr. Panine. 3000-3500 will take care of the frontal half of your scalp. The rear half will take a second session. Dr. Panine is great at placing grafts at the perfect location to get great coverage. Depending upon how many grafts you get from the first surgery to the last will reflect on your last surgery. Some people are only good for 6000, while some can go 10-11,000 grafts. Your pics don't show everything clearly, so noone on here can really give you a rough estimate.

Have you had an actual face to face consultation with Dr. Panine?

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D
