Senior Member jfables Posted January 14, 2012 Senior Member Posted January 14, 2012 Can too much heat from a hat if worn post-op, have an effect on yield?
Senior Member gillenator Posted January 14, 2012 Senior Member Posted January 14, 2012 IMHO, the heat that is generated from the ball cap will not affect your regrowth or yield unless you wear it all day and night. I would not recommend your head covered that much for more than 10-12 hours daily tops. Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic. Senior Member MrJobi Posted January 14, 2012 Senior Member Posted January 14, 2012 It is important to follow the post op instructions. Keep the grafts free of excessive "anything" for about 2 weeks or so. Just read the document given and obey religiously JOBI 1417 FUT - Dr. True 1476 FUT - Dr. True 2124 FUT - Dr. True 604 FUE - Dr. True My views are based on my personal experiences, research and objective observations.
