Ive read and searched the fourm about the topic and the reasons and theories behind this phenomenon but i didnt really read about how to cure this. Rogian, Biotin, MSM laser comb? will these hair eventually become thicker or will they eventually die? im almost 4 years into my surgery and feel that these hair may be in trouble. thanks for ur help guys!!

By 4 years your hair should have cycled through enough times that the kinky, wiry ones would have straightened out and thickened up.

 

They shouldn't die if they were taken from the "safe" zone. However, I don't know of any way to "cure" the kinky, wiry hairs. You could try some styling products (i.e. paste, gel, clay, etc.) which can definitely help.

 

You might also need another hair transplant. Do you have any updated pics?
