Regular Member vanitysucks Posted August 26, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted August 26, 2009 Ok. So what do you think. I am interested in filling in the frontal area as you can clearly see in the photos. Doc says 2000 should be enough. What say you? Thanks. http://hair-restoration-info.c...66060861/m/820107183

Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted September 4, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted September 4, 2009 We are doing this same area today with a bit more than 2500...but, that is in a fellow that has stragglers at best in the recipient zone. You however have paid for and have, most likely, good hair that will last in your area of concern. They just need to be augmented. In a forestry analogy, your have a forest that was logged and now you need to plant a bunch of saplings amongst the trees to grow up and give a mature forest when viewed from the front or above. 1800 is ok, 2000 may be better. Depends on the thickness of your donor hairs. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H. Regular Member vanitysucks Posted September 5, 2009 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 5, 2009 Ok, well Dr. Arocha is now leaning toward 3000. Don't know, I've seen completly bald men men in the frontal 3rd on this forum get great coverage with fewer than that.
Regular Member Jim Jones Posted September 5, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted September 5, 2009 i would say 1200 to 2500, depending on your goals. You have good coverage in general, and just need fill in on crown area somewhat. It's mostly your front. Overall, that should be your range to think about. Not bad overall m8.
