peterpanic2
Hi, I have had a FUE 3 days ago, and I am a little worried about the wounds shown in the attached picture. Does anybody know whether this is normal? I have gently tried to clean it with cold water, without touching it.

Senior Member StaggerLee123 Posted December 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted December 27, 2011 Looks like normal scabbing to me, it is only 3 days out. Contact your doc for more specific advice.
Dr. Glenn Charles
It looks to me that you most likely had some oozing the first night post-op that connnected a bunch of the graft scabs together. It may take a little longer for the larger scabs to fall off compared to the smaller ones. It never hurts to get reassurance from the doctor who performed your procedure that everything is progressing properly. peterpanic2
Many thanks for the advices, I have contacted my doctor. As far as I have noticed, the oozing is from the very day I had the FUE and has not increased since. I was just worried that it could have an impact on the "new" hair. Merry Christmas :-)
