A 31 yr old male presented with class IV-Vertex Androgenetic Alopecia progressing to class V.He had a strong forelock. 2898 FUG were obtained by strip method under local anesthesia. The grafts were distributed to complete the hair line, dense pack the fronto temporal angles and there after fill in the crown with less density. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? I have just booked my flights to Chennai and she is organising the rest for me. I'll update the forum on my progress. The result looks impressive for 4.5 months post op. This was one of the results that convinced me to undergo a surgery from Dr. Radha. That turned out to be one of the best decisions i have ever made.
