Regular Member sea of possibilities Posted December 20, 2011 Regular Member Posted December 20, 2011 hi all, I am deeply disappointed. almost 5 months ago I had a third transplant and I was hoping I would get finished with this thing. it's not that i don't see any difference at all, i had my temples filled, which were completely bald. however, i also had some thickening done in the midscalp. i thought that what was left in the middle of my scalp was only transplanted hair, and it really worries me that I see some thinning there instead of an improvement. my question is: can transplanted grafts from a previous session get dislodged? could it be a matter of shock loss?
Senior Member Jotronic Posted December 20, 2011 Senior Member Posted December 20, 2011 At 5 months you have no reason to be disappointed. You have a lot more development to look forward to and any grafts from before, or native hair for that matter, might be temporarily shocked out so while it may be a bit thinner now you most likely will see this area of thinning thicken up over the next few months.
