It is a beautiful example of what we can reach when we perform a hair transplant with a high number of grafts. We manage to reach a number of hair between 8000 and 10.000, which gives incredible results. This patient was obviously in a favourable situation: a good density carrying between 90 and 130 FU/cm2 on the lateral and occipital level. On the other hand, he accepted to shave completely his recipient area which has made easier the concentration of grafts. And one more thing: he had thick hair. Amc96 Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 Hi Dr Devroye and hello to all who posted comments. I'm the patient that Dr Devroye is referring to in his post. I am delighted with how my ht has progressed and even at this early stage I have achieved what I hoped for. It's not only the density that I am happy about but it's how natural it looks. Altough I have no issues with telling people that I have had the procedure, with such a significant change in my hair not one person has asked about or commented on my hair, I can only assume that it is due to how natural it looks.
