Guest Kenneth Siporin
Our patient had his transplant in 2007, where Dr. Siporin focused mainly on the front scalp placing 2289 grafts. Patient started on Propecia in 2008. Is happy with his results and now 3 years post(pictures below were taken this month) is now thinking of a second procedure to build density. Dr. Siporin is recommending 1500-1600 grafts for second procedure

Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted March 30, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted March 30, 2011 Dr. Siporin, Thank you for presenting this case. Like you said, I think a second procedure could really add some solid density to the hairline and make a big impact. I hope you'll keep us updated on this gentleman's progress during the second procedure. Senior Member hairthere Posted April 17, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted April 17, 2011 Hairline looks a bit thin, probably due to his donor hair. But there is a definite aesthetic difference, imo. CurseofMPB
it feels that the transplant started from the middle to front of the scalp rather then front to middle of the scalp as their isnt a prominant change in the hairline which would be my first priority.Just my opinion
