He underwent a hairtransplant in a different clinic and was not happy with the results. He wanted to reduce the size of the grafts that appeared unnatural. Did excision of the plugs and recycled them by reducing the size and retransplanting them to the hair line. A total of 200 were recycled in this procedure. 10 months later, the patient came back in for a second procedure to increase density totaling 1637 to the front hairline.
