20 year old male patient. A total of 2760 follicular unit grafts were transplanted. It was explained to the patient he will very likely lose more hair. It was decided to focus in the front scalp and then graft the top. He understood and wished to proceed.

69 year old male patient. A total of 2624 follicular unit grafts were transplanted. The main focus on placement was on the front as well as some placement at the temporal peaks. After the focus areas were transplanted, some grafts were placed in the crown.

If you have experience at all in hair transplantation, you should by now simply by looking at the before photos on this particular patient .......(very thin hair shafts, poor quantity of available donor hair for hair transplantation. Clearly only a modest improvement can be achieved even in the best of hands, We can only redistribute his own existing hair. This is clearly explained to the patient and he understands and is actually quite happy with the result. 62 year old man interested in facial rejuvenation and hair transplantation. He has limited donor hair and wanted to do both procedures combined at the same time so that the hair that was removed during the facelift could be used as well. Scar Alopecia Eyebrow Reconstruction. Patient was missing part of the eyebrow from an accident. He wanted to fill in the missing eyebrow hair to help hide the scar. Grafts were also transplanted to the mustache to cover the scar on the right side.

The patient had the first session with a total of 2689 follicular unit grafts. the patient returned a year later for a second session and a total of 2164 grafts were transplanted in that session. All the grafts were distributed through the front, top, and crown.

45 year old patient. A total of 3635 follicular unit grafts in 2 sessions (1st-#2135 and the 2nd-#1500) were transplanted.

The first session was a total of 2184 follicular unit grafts, focused on the front and top. The patient then came back for a second session to increase density and a total of 2280 follicular unit were grafts were transplanted.

52 year old female patient with a small front temporal alopecia area. A total of 180 follicular unit grafts were transplanted.

52 year old patient with a total of 4546 follicular unit grafts over 3 sessions. The patient had male pattern baldness 6 and limited donor hair.

49 year old male patient. Wanted density and new hairline to the front and top of the scalp. He had very fine hair so it was split into 2 sessions. The first session was a total of 2425 follicular unit grafts and the second was a total of 1630 with a combined total of 4055 between both procedures.

26 Year old male wanted to strengthen his hairline and add more density to the front and top. A total of 2780 follicular unit grafts were transplanted. The photos show results from before surgery, one month post op, and 6 months post op.

27 year old patient. A total of 2150 follicular units grafts were transplanted.

30 year old patient who had several previous procedures in another country. The surgical plan was established to remove the plugs and cut them down to recycle them. The front hairline was too low so a section of scalp was removed to elongate and provide a better aesthetically natural contour of the frontal hairline. A total of 3188 follicular unit grafts were then implanted into the recipient areas.

48 year old patient wanted to strengthen his hairline. A total of 2309 follicular unit grafts were transplanted to the recipient areas.

27 year old patient suffered Scar Alopecia due to bed sores following an accident. A total of 335 Follicular unit Grafts were transplanted and a second session one year later was a 360 Grafts session.

54 year old male patient (with norwood VI). A total of 2105 Follicular Unit Grafts were transplanted with the main focus on the front and top. The donor hair was limited and the hair was fine. The plan was to focus as much on the front and progress towards the back.

54 year old patient. A total of 2493 follicular unit grafts were transplanted in a single session

43 year old with female pattern alopecia II-III. A total of 953 follicular unit grafts were implanted into the frontal and temporal areas. Photos are at 6 month follow up appointment

63 year old man came to the office 3 years ago. We did a total of 3 sessions over that 3 year time span. Attached are the photos from before surgery and the results after each procedure. A total of 2708 follicular unit grafts were transplanted during the first procedure, 2582 during the second procedure, and 2819 during the third procedure. The total graft count for all 3 procedures equaled a total of 8109.

49 year old patient wanted to improve his hairline with more density. We did a total of 2230 follicular units Hair Grafts.

54 year old male patient. A total of 2167 Follicular Unit Grafts were transplanted to the front, top and crown areas with the main focus on the front. The following photos are at 19 months post op.

32 year old male patient wanted to restore and lower his hairline as well the temporal peak. A total of 2035 follicular unit grafts were implanted in the front and temporal area. There were also some implanted in the crown area, but the main focus was the front. This is after a single session

40 year old female, who had severe trama due to a car accident which resulted in multiple surgeries to reconstruct her face and scalp. She wanted advancement of the frontal scalp to give her forehead a more aesthetic appearance. We discussed the hairline options and lowered it to her desired level and shape. We did a total of 4574 folicullar unit grafts split in 2 sessions to get the desired density.

59 year old female with scar alopecia. We did a total of 966 follicular unit grafts to the frontal hairline, frontal temporal recession area and missing sideburns.
