Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted February 21, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2011 SHANGLA, That appears to be a very productive use of 2700 grafts spread over such a large area. He received a very nice cosmetic improvement. I hope you will have some immediately post-op photos to share from his second procedure. Senior Member Dr. Mohammad Humayun Mohma Posted February 21, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2011 Unfortunately, we did not take any immediate post op from second. I will try to do it next time. I must stress this, Its not more than 20 to 25 grafts per sq cm density. I use the illusion of angle of exit and the curvature of shaft. This gives me a better illusion of optical density. --- I am a medical advisor to Lexington International and Hairmax. What ever I say is my personal opinion. Senior Member RCWest Posted February 21, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2011 Very nice result! In the crown, it looks as if he has started Finasteride. Has he? He looks to have much more hair there. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? Senior Member Dr. Mohammad Humayun Mohma Posted February 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted February 27, 2011 I guess it is because of longer hair rather than finastride. As I am not aware that he is on finatride and neither did he mention about it before the second procedure. Most of my patients are not on any medicine at all. only less than 10% goes on medicine. --- I am a medical advisor to Lexington International and Hairmax. What ever I say is my personal opinion. Regular Member baldingbro Posted February 28, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted February 28, 2011 Dr. Mohmand , Another great result from you for such a low number of grafts, how much area did you cover in the fist procedure.
