Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted January 26, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted January 26, 2011 Dr. Mohebi, Thank you for sharing this case with the community. I think the transformation is quite substantial, and this gentleman must be very pleased with the net hairline. Nicely done! Mick from Farjo
Dr Mohebi, Certainly a very pleasing outcome for someone with quite a reasonable area of loss. Bill - Seemiller
Dr. Mohebi, Given the extensive nature of his hair loss and the number of grafts used, this is a good quality and realistic result. Does this patient plan on having any more work done to obtain more coverage in the middle and vertex? Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member Robin-at-USHR Posted January 27, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted January 27, 2011 Thank you all for your comments! Both Dr. Mohebi and this patient are thrilled with the hair transplant results and we are glad to hear that others are just as satisfied. As for a follow up procedure Bill, this patient is definitely interested in doing so in the future. He mentions these future hair transplant hopes in a video we just uploaded to our US Hair restoration website today. If interested, we have his video testimonial on our US Hair Restoration website for viewing. We encourage everyone to stop by and take a look when you have a free moment Robin I am employed by Dr. Parsa Mohebi at US Hair Restoration. Parsa Mohebi, MD
Hi Everyone, This patient had an old hair transplant in the past with pluggy grafts on the front. We tried to remove as many as those grafts and as you can see my hair line is designed to be above the hair line that was given to him in his first hair transplant. I use rotating FUE devices to remove the pluggy grafts or the ones that have more than 1 hair on the hair line to soften the hairline and eliminate the pluggy look. Here are a few pictures that can ilustrate the repair work that was done on the hairline area. (I have attached a few pictures to show the process of hairline repair) Bill, He will have another surgery to fill the top and crown and considering his great donor quality I think we should call his next surgery the last one for him. We should be able to have another large session to address his need on those areas.
