Saw palmetto does finastride job but in lower levels. so using it with propecia would be over the limit. Personally, I found Saw Palmetto and plant sterols to have far more of a damaging effect on my sex drive than finasteride. To combine would be a bad idea unless you want to live your life as a monk.
