newbe1960 Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 Hi I'am considering having implantation for thinning hair on top - not too bad but would like to increase the density as I wear my hair short and would prefer to have less scalp visible. I was about to proceed with DHI here in Ireland till I read some of the comments on here - majority negative.
