Patients that smoke are more at risk for poor or substandard surgical results than patients that do not smoke. Mega session Tranplantation into crown was not considered due to history of smoking. A conservative 1st step of 1,616 Follicular Unit Grafts was perfomed without using PRP. 9mm Strip harvest, Trichopyhtic staple closure. Recommendations made preoperatively to discontinue smoking were ignored. It is unclear whether patient smoked during healing time following surgery. Despite those factors, the graft session perfomed took well. 2,3 and 4 hair follicular unit grafts were transplanted with a very reasonable result.
