This patient with Type III hair loss came to Dr. Keene back in 2000, and came back for additional grafts in 2008. Here are his before photos, and photos from 7 months after his second surgery. He had a total of 2899 grafts. He continues to take Finasteride to prevent additional hair loss, and came in this week for follow up with Dr. Keene.

Here is the graft break down:

1s) 611

2s) 1142

3s) 836

4s) 310

Total 2899

Total hairs 6643

Wow what amazing donor density. This is one outstanding job, especially impressive since it's only the 6 month mark!

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

Hairtechnician,

Thank you for sharing this case. The work looks highly refined and the patient must be thrilled with the transformation. Nicely done!
