Senior Member Jotronic Posted August 21, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted August 21, 2010 This presentation represents a different approach for one with such aggressive loss. This patient is classified as a NW6 however the loss extends further than a typical NW6 but not quite as far as a NW7. In fact, this case is more of a hybrid, or a cross, between the two. The crown loss is typical of a NW6 however the sides are more aggressive that is more similar to a NW7. After long discussions with this patient he decided that he would rather have a thinner top in order to have improved coverage extended into the crown. The result shown in 1 year post-op. Senior Member phil mascallpen Posted August 22, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted August 22, 2010 This is one of those results you have to look at a couple of times to realize just how good it is. He looks a good 10 years younger.
Senior Member Fingers Crossed Posted August 24, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted August 24, 2010 Yes, I agree with you Phil. He looks much younger and received an age appropriate hairline. Job well done. My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Hasson
Regular Member Johnny_B Posted August 25, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted August 25, 2010 Another great result. The distribution of the grafts has resulted in good coverage and framed his face nicely. This has had an obvious cosmetic improvement and knocked years off the guy.
