Senior Member Time to do something Posted August 13, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted August 13, 2010 I just read in Details magazine that Marc Jacobs had a hair transplant. His hair looks amazing. He couldn't have been too bald. Does anyone know who his doctor was? Senior Member RCWest Posted August 13, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted August 13, 2010 Whenever in doubt, Google it http://www.fashion-forum.org/images/designers/marc-jacobs.jpg Looks like he only had some mild receeding hairline and a little hair miniaturization. I'd be happy with what he had pre op!! Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? Senior Member Paulygon Posted March 28, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted March 28, 2014 ya, probably just correcting a receding hair line. something small.. but he'll need to maintain it in the future.. i would do the same. looks good to me. freddel
Surgeon name? Please:)
Regular Member FUEAsianHairline Posted March 1, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted March 1, 2015 Surgeon name? Please:) No idea, but probably a Beverly Hills surgeon who I imagine might charge significantly more than the norm... On a separate note, when I read this forum heading, I almost thought that we were talking about a "designer" hair transplant. ie. "The Marc Jacobs Hair Transplant". (Guy A: "You're sporting your Marc Jacobs hair well"). Who knows, we might hit an era of designer procedures with big brands launching their own HT facilities now that celebs are coming out and owning the fact that they've gotten HTs;)
adams81
marc jacobs was able to afford a good doc, but for guys like me who would stretch the budget to the best that it could get me, finding a good and reliable HT surgeon is definitely a challenge. Can anyone suggest a good doc in sydney? If i have to get a loan to afford one, i rather that i have it done by a reliable surgeon.
