Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted June 1, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted June 1, 2010 This interesting fellow had a pretty good hair transplant done in California a few years back. He likes a short haircut and his donor scar was wider than he wanted. We did 300 FUE to fill this in. He was our 3rd black FUE, and by far and away the hardest. It took us 4 blades/punches and all day; but I expect him to get a nice result. Coincidentally, this man came in for his postop on Day 15, and our first black FUE, same type of case, was in for a 4 month check. I put his results up a few weeks ago. So it was similar to seeing an immediate postop and a "grown out" at the same time. Hopefully this man's service obligations will allow him to stop in in a few months for a checkup. Dr. Glenn Charles
Very nice Dr. Lindsey. With the kind of improvement he had with a single procedure, if he has one more it will be really hard to see. Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted June 29, 2010 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 29, 2010 He was supposed to get back last week for a check up and hasn't responded to emails. Could be that he's overseas, but I sure like to look at all scars, particularly folks who have had trouble previously, at around 4-6 weeks. Or, he could be doing fine and not want to bother with coming in. Always tough to know. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H.
