Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted April 28, 2010 Regular Member Share Posted April 28, 2010 This pleasant man had a bunch of plug, and strip minigraft cases in years gone by. He wanted to irregularize his hairline and camouflage the "Christmas tree farm" appearance. In contrast to another plug repair case that I posted today, this fellow has thicker donor hair, a much tighter scalp, and hopefully this will be this man's last procedure. Shown are periop pics. I'll put up followups when he comes back next winter. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted April 28, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted April 28, 2010 Dr Lindsey, "Christmas tree farm" appearance - I don't think I've heard that one before, but it's quite an accurate description of these older, "plug," results. Having said that, your work looks ultra-refined, and I think this repair is going to look excellent. Keep us updated, and I look forward to the final results. Well done! Bill - Seemiller
Dr. Lindsey, I'm sure this patient will be much happier with the natural looking hair transplant you've given him then those unsightly plugs. I look forward to seeing how it turns out. All the Best, Bill
