minoxidil causing burning in feet.

Hi!

I would appreciate if anyone can help me.

I use minoxidil 5% foam and get burning in feet.

I use to use twice a day and then reduced to once a day but still get burning in feet.

I got my blood tests, everything is fine. Is anyone aware of this side effect.

Hey Tango,

I've *never* heard of burning of the feet from Minoxidil. That is a long way for it to travel. Something else, perhaps athlete's foot? Have you sojourned in any Shower Rooms recently? Notice any fungus growing from your toes?...

I have never heard of Minoxidil causing feet to burn. So far after almost 2 months of rogaine foam I have had no side effects.( either my hairline MPB is progressing or rogaine is really caused a shed, not sure which of the two or care really, waiting for the 1 year mark.)

I too have never heard of this.

 

Try stopping the medication for a week or so to see if the symptoms stop. I would think that if they don't stop, that something else is causing this.

 

Also make sure you are putting the Rogaine on your head and not your feet .
