redcat74
So I've been using this product called, "Hair Restoration." I decided to use it because they offered 100% money back up to 1 year so I figured that I am not risking anything. It's product from India and they told me that I only have to use it for about 3 to 6 months and the effect will be permanent. Unlike, Rogaine, which you have to continue to use it in order to keep the regrown hair. So I've got sucked into their sweet promise. Restoration Hair is convenient in a way that, I only have to use it 2 or 3 times a week. But I am not sure if it works. Part of me wants to believe that it does work, and (sort of) see the result after using it for about 2 months, but again, I am not sure, maybe I'm just imagining it because I want it so bad. So my prolonged questions are: Has anyone used this product and witnessed results? Or have I fallen into fake product and in need of exchanging my money back? Bill - Seemiller
A hair loss treatment is only as good as the efficacy of its ingredients. What are the active ingredients in this treatment? I have written a few articles about a number of hair loss treatments (found here) in which brand names have been broken down to their ingredients and discussed. Senior Member hairbank Posted November 19, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted November 19, 2007 I've never heard of "Hair Restoration". I'd like to tell you it will work but odds are it is snake oil! If it was that good it would be marketed internationally and Ronco would be selling it on TV ! Seriously, if you're wanting to find out if it's working for you, I'd tell you the only way will be with pics so start documenting the process with monthly or bi-monthly photos...........hair grows so slow it's really the only way to tell if it's working for you. jlawman2
I've never actually tried it but in winter I do tend to lose more hair than usual. So I have to take precautions like putting(massaging) hair oil like coconut or olive oil before I wash my hair. Wash my hair at least thrice a week(hair tend to fall more when they are kept dirty). I've also got some treatment (promotional link removed) Hope the tips help you.

Senior Member its752 Posted January 11, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted January 11, 2008 redcat74, Hairbank has a good point! If you would be willing to help hair loss sufferers, would you think about using the product for sometime faithfully and continue to take good quality photos every month or so? Senior Member MrJobi Posted January 13, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted January 13, 2008 Stick to the big 3 Propecia Minoxidil Nizoral or Revita That's it as far as legit treatments.
