Hi all, After 2 HTs in the UK with poor results i am booked in with Dr Feller on 1st october for 2000g, maybe more, will discuss with the doc on the day. Dr F will be sortin my hairline/just behind the hairline out. lookin forward to it and then theres the LONGGGG wait for those bad boys to grow!

Hey Guys, My 1st HT was with the Hospital Group(wellesborne) 750grafts gave me a v sparse hairline and a fat ugly scar. 2nd HT with Dr Rodgers 1500grafts better experience most grafts placed further back from hairline. Hairline still looks sparse and pluggy. Had an online consult with H&W they say i will need about 3000g. Think i am gonna send pics have an online consult with Dr Feller. I would upload my pics but it seems to take a long time then it doesnt work?

Hi Taurus, Ive had 2 HTs in the UK with what i believe are poor results I would say you need to go to the US or Canada for the best results. I am considering H&W for my next HT.

Hey guys, I posted this message 3 months ago! Check Spex's website, through his doc you can get 15 month proscar at ??120. I think this may be the way to go.

Hi ALL, Am coming to the end of my avodart supply. Would cost me about ??755 for another years suppy, OUCH!. Anyone know where i can purchase avodart in the UK or online cheaper. Am still thinking of switching to proscar (Much cheaper and poss less sides) only problem might be less effectiveas as only inhibits one type of dht. Thanks guys.

Thanks for the info guys. Im thinking of switching cos of the side effects am getting. Wasnt sure if it was working but i think maybe it has slowed my hairloss. maybe with propecia/proscar as its not as strong as dut wil get less sides, but cos blocks only type2 dht could be even less effective than dut! -
Hi all, To build the hairline should only single grafts be placed there? My hairlne is pluggy and i can cleary see areas where there are 2 hairs growing out of a single hole! Also im guessing the top docs use very smal blades for making the incisions for grafts? Thanks for any info.

Hi all, due to side effects thinkin of switchin from avodart(DUT) to propecia(FIN). I guess my question is the day i stop takin avodart should i start takin propecia the followin day.As i dont want to exp shedding, Would it be better to slowy introduce propecia while still takin avodart, avodart(MON) pro(TUE) avodart(WED) and so on. Thanks for any advice guys.

Hi all, Met up with spex last week (27 march). I gotta say his hair looks great. We had a chat for about an hour and went through every thing i wanted to know. Spex was happy to chat about other top docs, not just dr feller. There was no pressure selling just a good chat about my next step and my options. Spex is a nice guy and if your in the uk thinking about a HT, its simple go meet him.

hi CJS, I have been using avodart for almost a year and have and still exper side effects, so your not crazy(or maybe we both are). Side effects exper are lower sex drive and low semen levels. Was thinking of switching to propecia, but seem to be thinning in the crown area. As avodart is stronger than propecia might be best for me to stick with it.

hi all. I have been using avodart for almost a year.Taking almost every day.This drug has not done anythihg to my hairline, no gain, no loss.Thought avo had stopped/slowed mt hairloss but I recently noticed that my crown area seems to be thinner? Also avodart is only approved for BPH at mo, thinking of switching to propecia but would this be less effective as only blocks type2 DHT.
