  1. Ok just added new pics to the latest section of my blog, check it out
  2. Thanks again everyone for the kind words MM, for the second procedure I wanted to thicken things up a bit and Dr. Wong was able to reconstruct the temple points too! Romeono1, sorry, I don't have too many pics with my hair grown out pre-op but I was pretty bald so it wouldn't have mattered. Also, I am attaching some pics of my temple points on my blog and one here with my face "blocked" that shows how my hair frames my face (thanks Joe for helping me block my face )
  3. Thanks everyone! I will try to have pics of my temple points and my face being framed with my hair up shortly.
  4. Hi guys, Check out my blog, let me know what you think http://hairtransplantnetwork.c...pyID=5314&WebID=1480
  5. Joe, looking great! It's hard to even believe that a megasession at the time was about 2500 grafts per session when now we have sessions that easily start at 3500+ grafts. I can honestly say that because of individuals such as yourself who had the courage to post your experiences which in turn led others (such as Bobman) to do the same that I am sitting here relieved of my own past hair loss agony. Congrats and thank you for all the contributions you have provided to us.
  6. Very impressive result. You went with a great doc. Congrats!
  7. Wow, absolutely stunning...... Your characteristics combined with the amazing skill set of Dr. Hasson has provided you with a result where nobody would ever guess that you had lost hair at any point in your life. Superb and congrats!
  8. Gotch ya, thanks for clearing that up Severn. Hope your results are coming in nicely too
  9. Hi Severn, Thank you so much for the kind words, it truly means a lot to me and I hope that I can be an inspiration to others and show that there is hope out there when it comes to hair loss. Also, out of curiosity, you mentioned pics where patients dye their hair blond or make some other alterations to kind of hide the true results. I'm curious if you could post some links of such pictures? I mean I don't mean to sound like a H&W shill but I assume you aren't referring to them, correct? Their pictures (along with their HD videos) are 100% legit and show the true outcomes of results without any smoke and mirrors. I think others here would agree. Thanks again mate!
  10. Hi Fingers Crossed, I called the clinic and unfortunately they don't know how many grafts were implanted in the temple zones, they only have my graft # breakdowns. Sorry..... Dakota3, That is probably the best compliment I have received yet on all of the forums. Thank you my friend! And your comment pretty much sums up my feelings on why travel should NEVER be an issue when considering a hair transplant. Your comment also vindicates why I traveled over 3,000 miles to go to this clinic when I could have stayed local or traveled far less than I did. I have no doubt in my mind that no other surgeon (probably with the exception of Dr. Hasson) in the world could have provided me with the kind of results I received from Dr. Wong. I'm sure there are a handful of doctors out there (and I stress the word handful) that could have provided me with a pretty good result, but not as good as Dr. Wong has provided for me.
  11. FC, as Severn mentioned, the clinic should know. I don't know how many were put in my temple points but I'll e-mail H&W tomorrow to see if they can tell me. I'll let you know what they say.
  12. Thanks Nicky! I just looked at your blog and WOW! Dr. Feller did a fantastic job for you! Nicky, I think you would agree with me when I say that we are all very privileged to have found this forum. It has enabled many of us to find a fantastic doctor who has drastically changed our appearances for the better.
  13. Thanks Fingers Crossed! And may I recommend a name change for your profile? You had a procedure with Dr. Hasson, crossing your fingers is not necessary as I am certain your result will look amazing
  14. Hi guys, I updated my blog, feel free to check it out: http://hairtransplantnetwork.c...-page.asp?WebID=1480
  15. Can't wait to see your results in about 8 months, should be awesome!
  16. Joe, You guys did this man a huge disservice. Now when he goes to bars and clubs, he might get asked for ID due to his youthful appearance whereas before I am sure that was a non-issue. Shame on H&W for knocking off 15 years off his looks tsk tsk.....
  17. wow, this guy has like the best donor hair I have ever seen. Combine that with the surgical excellence of Dr. Wong, and you have results like this one. Fantastic!
  18. TE, congrats on your decision to stick it out with Dr. Wong. I have no doubts you'll end up very happy. A word of advice though. Dr. Wong has been consistently getting 5,000+ graft sessions with many patients. One reason you may not have been one of those patients (and I emphasize the word may as I don't know for sure) is that your laxity was below average. My advice to you is from now until your surgery date, focus on those scalp exercises so that Dr. Wong can harvest a bigger strip and maybe even finish off the crown in your second session as well.
  19. I know I said this before but I really have to question this again because perception is so important. If TE had posted this blog with a very positive tone and said how happy he is with the result, I severely doubt that anybody would comment that this result was substandard, let alone have someone call it a "repair job". Maybe I am wrong but I just really feel like this was a good result. I have seen results that are a lot less steller than this one yet the patient was happy and people kept commenting how good the patient looked. Look around, you will find plenty of those types of cases. As mentioned previously, I showed TE's results to unbiased eyes (in the form of my parents) and BOTH said that this result was a great result. My father is very critical of these things and he said TE's results came out great. But TE, you have every right to be happy about your result as the next patient does. I suggest you work with the clinic and map out the next steps.
  20. Anytime my friend I know how you feel and where you are coming from. Just remember this; you look a lot better than you did compared to where you started from. Also, please keep this in mind; when it's all said and done, you will be extremely happy that you had this procedure and that you chose the right doctor by choosing Dr. Wong. I have no doubts about it. I may be biased in my view but having gone through certain experiences in my life, some medical related, and others not, I can say with 100% certainty that H&W genuinely cares. When you're happy they are just as happy. And if you're not happy they will work tirelessly to make sure that you end up happy. You are in good hands and I honestly can't say that any other clinic would care for you to the degree that H&W cares about their patients.
  21. TE, I have to chime in about your comment regarding scars getting worse with corresponding procedures. Actually I don't think this is true. My second scar from Dr. Wong is already looking a lot better than my first one. Dr. Wong did remove a lot less tissue the second time around which explains why the scar is thinner but I just want to assure you, just because you have a second surgery doesn't mean your scar will be worse off than the first time.
