  1. Hi Bill, how are you mate ? Yes most of the people who have made derogatory comments towards my hair loss are the insecure ones! My cousin is female and beautiful but is a bit of a teaser, but as you put it we all get wrinkly, saggy and old(well the lucky ones that reach an old age do), wonder if she'll be a teaser then! lol And by way ur reponse to my post are very wise words from a very kind wise man, pity there weren't people like you around as the world would be a much better place!
  2. I lost the hair on top of my head and crown area about 7 years ago which left me a Norwood 6 scale, this was previous to 2 Ht's! I have had two hair transplants consisting of 1500 grafts and the hair that was transplanted has grown well to date! In the last 6 months I have noticed that I am losing hair at the temples moderately that is not too thin but the hair loss at the nape of my neck is excessive with a thin appearance. I am also losing hair all over my body which sheds in phases that has not thinned! My father had a good head of hair but not much body hair and was losing his hair at the nape of his neck, whereas the males on my mother's side of the family have all reached a Norwood 6 Scale! Is the temple, nape of the neck and body hair loss down to hereditary traits passed on through the genes ?

  4. Thanks for the support thanatopsis_awry, yeah it was disgusting what she said to me as my friends were there and started laughing (great mates)at her comment! She has the tongue of a snake with a very low IQ!
  5. Thinking of purchasing Nisim Deep Cleansing Hair Loss Reduction Shampoo, anyone used this product and is it any good ?
  6. Hi Balody, I am getting someone to take a few good quality pictures of my 2 previous HT's and Donor Scar in a couple of weeks, I will post them on here for everyone to see! The Norton Clinic apparently gave me 200 grafts on the 1st procedure and 1000 grafts on the 2nd, hopefully the pictures will tell the truth! The first scar was extracted in the second surgery so I now have only one scar which to me is about 2mm to 4mm in places that is scattered with hair sporodically. The Norton Clinic's attempt at Trico I guess, which is okay taking into account that they got their hands on me head but is a far cry from what top docs are producing! No worries about the compliment mate, well deserved!
  7. Know where you are coming from Emperor; people say to me that I used to be good looking when I had hair lol, also my cousin whom is gorgeous said to me a while back that I used to be handsome but now I am bald and ugly! Is a confidence thing not the amount of hair you have, yeah right. When I was bald wearing a hat would get me the look from women but when taken off no interest would be shown even when trying to chat them up, I was confident then even with a bald head Before I had any surgery there was no hairline and women didn't want to know but after a second HT Session to restore my hairline when shaved to a #1 there was interest; chatting up or the look!
  8. Balody - Alright Mate! It is a very funny advert when you are in the know about HTs and the surgeons/clinics performing them! It is a well know fact that they rip people off and are not ISHRS Members, pity they can't be reported but that has been tried with no success to date. How is your HT going and you having any more surgery ? Had a look @ your Hair loss Weblog and bald definitely did not suit you. You're looking good at the 6 month mark hair transplant 2 and look quite a few years younger, result!
  9. Will do nearer the time, nice one Spex mate!!
  10. Alright Spex Mate, I haven't had a HT with Hasson and Wong to date, I would still like to meet you in a few weeks when I have some spare time, if okay with you ? Would like you to take some photos so you can give me some sort of idea on what can be achieved with the good doctor himself; Dr Feller. I have three HT doctors in mind: Dr Feller Dr Paul Shapiro Dr Hasson I plan to have a consultation with each of the above three before I commit myself to surgery!! Cheers Matey! Abby - If only I knew who to report these incompetent "Twats" to!
  11. Went to a well known supermarket here in the UK @ approx 6:00pm on 26th August 2008 and cannot believe what I saw as I was flicking through the pages of a mens' fitness magazine; Norton are members of the ISHRS and perform FUE sessions of up to 6000 grafts with the main focus of the advert portraying a model with lots of hair! What a joke the Norton Advert is. I must admit a very similar Norton Advert drew me in around 2001, myself ending up with 2 relatively small HT procedures with the "Wankers"!! Thanks to this Forum and its Members I am now more knowledgeable which will ultimately help me choose a competent HT Physician whom are genuine ISHRS Members. I would have had a third procedure with Norton if it wasn't for this HT Forum, the Pushy Saleman told me pre-op 2nd HT that I had plenty of Donor hair for a third procedure! I want to thank this forum and its members: Bill, Spex and Nervous Nelly whom are among a few! I can now look at the Norton Advert and just laugh at it whereas before I joined this forum I would of been just another gullible customer waiting to be ripped off for a third time! Many Thanks!!

  13. Hi Mick, I haven't yet decided if I am having surgery at the Hasson and Wong or Farjo Clinic. My brain plays tricks with me and won't let me decide which great surgeons to pick out of the four! lol See how the consultations go!!
  14. Bill, Thank you very much for the information! You well and looking after that finely honed body of yours ?
  15. Hi Mick, Am wondering if you could tell me how much a 3000 /4000 graft session performed at the Farjo Clinic would cost?

  17. Yes, I must agree that price is an issue but you could have a HT that you are not happy with and then have to spend more money to get it corrected! I went to a HT Clinic in the UK and had micrografts placed in the hairline which now need correcting costing me more money! I chose the Clinic purely on price, the surgery convinced me I was getting a good deal but now 18 months later it is evident that I got conned; I got less grafts than stated in the consultation. Be patient and choose a top coalition doc! I am going to have work performed By Dr Hasson in December 2008, so will post pics on this site!
  18. Yes for sure, i'll post some pictures for you. I haven't got a digital camera, I will get a one in a few weeks though, take some pictures and post them on this site!! cheers Johnno
  19. Hi Garageland, I have had a look at the train times, it is too much hassle for me to go to London for the day; I will have to get there and leave early, otherwise I got a 7 hour journey home. Thanks for the offer anyway, it is much appreciated and I hope you all have a good time!! My hair is growing well now and I would say I have a 90% success in graft survival rate that looks quite natural. The donor scar is between 1mm and 3mm and actually has a lot of hair growing out of it, which I must add doesn't look too bad to date with a number 2 cut!! I am surprised 'cause I had it done at the N.Clinic!! johnno
  20. I am coming from South Wales and if i get the details in good time I will see if I can get a train home or book a room for the night ? What time you estimating on leaving London ?
  21. Ha ha Bill, It would be great to travel in time!! Thanks for your knowledge once again and also everyone elses!! johno
  22. Hi, I had a HT on 20th December 2006 and have just shaved my head to a number 1. The donor scar can now been seen and is between 1 - 3mm, very red and visible. I have been using oil of ulay all day moisture foundation to mask the scar to which I must add works very well ! Is it safe to use the foundation on the donor scar and suntan cream on the recipient area ? I apply both of the above on a daily basis!! I do wash my hair at the end of everyday to rid the scalp of the foundation and suntan cream!!
