well...i will also add my vote of total confidence in Dr Farjo's (both of them B& N ) work as i have just had my 2nd visit with them. i will openly recommend their work and have now seen quite a number of pictures and had personal experience. one thing i will highlight is that there work is great when working with higher NW levels eg 5/6 like i was myself. its always easier to attain great cosmetic results with high no of FUT with a NW 2/3 or 4 which is what i am seeing with US patients & the relevant Doc's...sorry if this sounds like criticism. what happens when hair loss continues...another visit in future hmmm :-( well, that my 0.02cnts FS

steveg, i would also consider Farjo's in Manchester...i have had 2 HT's now with them and can say from personal experience and all the research i did...was best decision i made. i did not want to travel to far for my HT's. but take your time & research before u go for it 1 good luck.. FS

Well, here is goes chapter 2 in my HT life. i had HT#2 to Nail the Crown. i have received few pics from Mick and have added them to for comment. once i get the rest including the video, i will post for you comment. gallery & blog has been updated too. we got approx 2900 grafts in total 600 singles 2000 doubles 300 multiples happy viewing. all the best ! hi All, just wanted to update all on my 2nd HT on crown. well i went up to Manchester on wed 5th to meet up with some new and old members. Some of the prospective HT patients could not believe i had already had a HT in front/mid section. they assumed i was new patient doing the crown until i told them the little secret :-) they were amazed on density/naturalness on transplanted hair of HT1. they had a feel and commented "it feel like ur normal hair" ...i thought that was funny anyways :-) i hope these members can add comments on the forum directly. secondly it was good seeing the Farjo team once more, re-assuring to see the same staff. very professional as always. the day went very well, Mick tried his hand at taking a video and some digital snapshots...i will post these once i get a copy from Mick with all the breakdown on graft no's. from what saw, it looked like we got close to 3000. The team decided to thicken up the hairline even more with the 600+ singles and the rest 1/2/3/4 hairs went into the crown. i got some nice coverage. cant wait to post the pics so u can judge yourselves..... drove home on friday and now resting as per doc's orders....no real issues with swelling or pain currently, same as last time thankfully :-) so, watch this space for the pics, will post asap.....on chapter 2 - Nailing the Crown ! happy growing to all FS

hi LP, my sincerest condolences to you and all your family members....i cannot imagine how u must have been feeling around the whole week leading up to and after friday :-( i hope no-one including yourself will judge your decision on events. i was at the Farjo's clinic this week on wed/thur for my HT#2 and i was a little nervous without any other issues to worry about. I am really glad to hear how your were treated by whole Farjo team, good to know there are some real decent people around & not after just the $$$. I think all our prayers & thoughts are with u, bro. hope u get through this tough period in ur life. all the best FS

hang in there Eman... we know how u r feeling geeza :-( ....first 3 months r always crap & painful..but u know those 4000+ beauties are in there and once u get to the 4th month,they will start to shoot through...will be the best feeling ever.... i would say enjoy and say good bye to you last few mnths as a bald dude...u will be looking back, was i that bald , yeh right ! happy growing mate... best FS

personally, i am not in favour of anyone younger than 30yrs old and NW5/6 before going for HT. i certainly waited patiently till mid-30's and reaching a steady NW5/6 before going for it. this makes great impact in appearance. with what i have seen on this forum and my research i would go with a mega session that gives a good coverage on front/mid scalp. i don't think the FUT/cm2 is a real decider, it all depends on hair characteristics & skin color. then maybe go with crown HT if there is still fuel in donor area. i hope i can prove this once i have completed my crown work next week with Dr B Farjo, UK. good luck with anyone considering HT... my 0.02 cts worth FS

My HT#2 is on thur 6th Nov...i am counting down the days now :-) i am more comfortable this time as i have been on this journey once before.. hope to see a few people on the day before, they can make their minds on my 1 yr results...i know i am over the moon at my current results :-) anyway, will update all next thur/frid with new pics etc ! have a great w/e talk soon br FS

Thx Bill, i must admit, this journey has been much better & easier than I ever imagined. Outcome was brilliant. If round 2 is similar, then I feel that my result will super IMHO. Dr Farjo is doing great work in this field and only becuz of this I decided to finish off the what could be a life changing experience for me. look forward to next 2 weeks...hard to contain my excitement. talk soon... Hi Guys & Gals, I cant believe the yr has flown by. I am going for round 2 at Dr. FARJO place in 2 weeks time. Due to swinging an extra days holiday I am gonna go up a day before the HT#2 for crown. I will staying the Britannia hotel in Manchester on the 5th Nov. I am inviting all those guys who have been PM'd me on seeing my results a year on from HT#1. I will be spending time with the famous Mick who will be expanding his knowledge on taking professional Pictures & maybe a video too :-) So, if you are in the neighborhood and want to grab some coffee and take a peek or exchange notes then pls send me a PM and we can arrange something & you can also meet the famous Mick McHugh !!! Mick has also promised to take me for dinner that evening...very kind of him :-) need to think of very nice expensive venue :-) So, to recap, my HT#2 on Thur 6th Nov. nm76, this is the million dollar question, but from own experience and reading & studying this subject. i think most people end up at nw 5. so when this happens, then this is a good time for considering a HT. IMHO this is the best place for advise on hair loss. good luck with what u decide. fs

abby, wow, i just saw your pre-op pics and 6 months post ops, u r gonna have a great result. i think ur friends & family will not recognize u :-) great work from Dr H. look forward to seeing ur result when u grow ur hair long over next 12 months. i bet it feels great to be able to say that eh ! happy growing to u. all the best FS
