  1. Why are you still talking to me? You dont get the hint.
  2. I didn’t ask you. And I don’t appreciate the name drop as part of your job. That’s one thing I will never, a repeat patient. All I need is work on the front which is thinning but not that much thinning. And the temple areas. Also to note, I cant take propecia because its side effects would hamper a pre-existing medical condition. I’m sure the repeat patients you saw at the clinic initially had very bad thinning scalps to the point where very little hair could be harvested. Hence, the need to do more HTs for them. Did you meet this Rahal patient at the clinic or over the forum? On a scale of 1 – 10, can you rate how dense his hair was relative to his pre-op? And what about the hairline?
  3. How do you know the procedure itself was to blame and not the lack of expertise of the doc? What about all those people who have had great success with FUT over FUE? Looks very good! Will you go back to get more done? When I consulted with Rahal I noticed that he was dead honest also. But you said that the staff carries out the bulk of his work. To be honest with you, I don’t want ANYONE on his staff transplanting my hair. I want Rahal himself to do it. This is something that I got to make sure about before I see him again. Very good.
  4. Youre no secret agent. Youre an employee of Erdogan. Proof of this is when you respond, which is like clockwork every time I reply. Like I said its too late to flip the script around. You lost ALL credibility. Go fool someone else out of their money, old man. I don't think you read my thread in its entirety. You must be new to my thread. So just to save you some time, I'll restate it again. I want FUT because its generally accepted that it promotes greater hair survival and increases the chances for hair density. And again, I'm not worried about scarring since I've always had and will continue to have long hair in the back. Therefore, the scar wont be visible. Just to correct you, the scalp isn't a toy to experiment with, as you suggested that I do FUE then FUT later on if I'm not satisfied. A HT isn't a little store item that you can exchange at the store whenever you want if you're not satisfied with it. Just to paraphrase your words which make my point, you cant go back in time and reverse a scar.
  5. Hi soundgrower. I understand your case now. In other words, since your hair loss is very progressive, it will take an estimated 5 years or so to catch up to it with another round of HTs.. In my case, I dont need a lot of work since I'm thinning in the very front and temple area. All other areas of my scalp are still good. I can get by with shampooing on good volumizers as it makes the hair look normal. Not a lot of HT work is needed here. But I'm still concerned as I dont want to risk shock loss on the front since its the most important part of any man's hair look. BTW, mav23100gunther still wont explain why he hates Rahal and other FUT docs, even when they've shown better quality work than his boss', Erdogan. Too late to flip the script now old man with added links. Quit working for Erdogan.. your cover has been blown.
  6. I don’t get it. If Rahal did excellent work as you said why do you need more HTs? I assume Rahal worked on your front scalp and not crown, is this right? Here comes Max to tag team his old man friend Yonex. Max comes to this thread being one-sided with a specific HT doctor in Turkey, Erdogan. Its obvious he’s on a hidden agenda with this doc. Its also obvious he’s on Erdogan’s payroll and his job is to market Erdogan online, convincing others to see him and turning them away from any competition a forum member favors, namely FUT docs. He’s even registered on other HT forums where he does the same thing OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Read his replies and you’ll see he’s against great docs like Rahal. On many threads he trashes Dr. Feller consistently. Of all the docs in the world, he MOSTLY suggests Erdogan or Turkey. I think what happened was that he was too old to have had a successful FUT procedure. In his rage, he started a personal vendetta to fight FUT docs and contacted Erdogan to work for him as a secret online rep. This link shows Max trashing Dr. Feller, Rahal, etc, and favoring Erdogan. There are many other examples: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/179786-fut-more-popular-than-fue-post2434586.html#post2434586 He’s a sexually frustrated old man with a bad HT who thought he could attract girls 40 years younger than him with his HT. Now, he’s got no hope and no hair in a nursing home. No you haven’t which tells me youre ignorant. All you do is look at the thread without reading it. Instead youre being an as’shole without a clue.
  7. Obviously you haven't read my thread. Go back to the beginning and read instead of embarrassing yourself.
  8. What are you talking about?? The other guy is saying I’m arguing when I’m not.. duhhh! Youre not understanding something here. Patients ON AVERAGE get FUE because they don’t want the scar. (Note the caps) You sound so angry like you got it in for Rahal. So I’m a fool according to you. Well, I’d rather be a young fool with dense hair attracting girls than an old man with a failed HT who's too old to get girls and cries online all day about FUT. I don’t think thats true. I think successful HT docs will learn new techniques to further their career and skillset. If not, they lose clients, money and rep.
  9. Exactly. Why sacrifice density for a scar when I’ll be growing my hair long in the back? What the hell are you talking about??! Nobody is arguing. As I’ve said before (its getting repetitive now), I’ve always had long hair in the back and will keep it long. I’m 99.99% sure the scar wont be visible through all that hair. How do you know that the docs who say theres more yield in FUT aren’t that skillful in FUE? Did you ask them all? First of all, calm down, its not that serious. Second, how do you know FUT doesn’t produce better results? And third, the docs who do FUE do so to satisfy clients who don’t want a scar, not necessarily because they think it’s a better density harvest than FUT. If FUT produced less density than FUE then why don’t FUT docs get on the FUE bandwagon? But I admit I did talk to a Rahal rep. I asked him which was better. He said both produce equal results with FUE costing more than FUT. This is somewhat strange but will follow up with him or another rep just to confirm.
  10. You didn't read my last post. My aim is to get the most density possible. If FUT delivers greater hair survival than FUE, then thats what counts in my case. Like I said in my prior post, I got long hair in the back. That being the case, 6 months post op, the long hair in the back will have grown long to conceal any scar. So why do docs and patients overwhelmingly say that FUT possesses a greater survival rate than FUE? Are you saying that the docs with years of experience with both FUE and FUT are wrong? If thats what youre saying, then what are your medical credentials to back up such a claim?
  11. I'm coming from USA (NYC) so I think the exchange rate will be favorable in my case. But its generally accepted by both docs and patients that FUT's survival rate is greater than FUE. I'm now somewhat confused. You said you chose Rahal over Erdogan. But if you think FUT isn’t any better than FUE why are you choosing Rahal over Erdogan knowing that Rahal is better known for strip? I’m going with strip. Most people across the forum agree that it’s a better technique for hair survival than FUE. At the consultation, Rahal told me he'd give me 50 grafts/cm. I'd apprecaite it if someone could provide pics of good results showing what 50 grafts/cm looks like. But all docs pre-select pics.
  12. Hi, I dont think you understand. I'm electing to go the FUT route. That eliminates FUE or docs that perform FUE. Its generally established that FUT generates better hair survival after harvest and therefore greater density yield. I dont plan to shave the back of my head since I've always looked good with long hair (in the style of Antonio Banderas or Duran Duran) and will continue to grow it long.
  13. Hi fueguy. Thank you for the link. I greatly appreciate it. When did you get your HT with Rahal? And how much did you pay?
  14. Its not apples and oranges. What are you talking about? If strip offers better density than FUE then strip is the best solution. The point is to get the best solution for the scalp, no matter what procedure is involved. Bottom line, men's objective in HTs is hair density. It doesnt matter where I go or what the procedure. As long as I get the best treatment, thats what counts. As I said, I notice a difference when comparing Rahal's results with those from Turkey. Turkish docs are very good at their craft. But from what I saw, the results look "incomplete." For example, I was able to easily see the scalp of several men after a year post op. And at the end of many video clips, a message would come up statng, "patient will come back for a second HT." That doesnt sound right. That seriously turned me off. However, I do greatly appreciate your thoughts. If Rahal never had existed, I'd travel to Turkey. But Rahal impresses me a bit more. Believe it or not, I was close to changing my mind and going to Turkey. But I got to get the best treatment I see fit for myself.
  15. I saw it. Thanks! I'm definitely going to get FUT (strip). I also stumbled upon "ultra refined follicular unit grafting." I wonder if Rahal performs this also. Hi win200. Appreciate the followup. I'll then get strip for the best hair survival rate possible. And now I got some thoughts based on what you said about Turkish docs. You mentioned going to Turkey as the best alternative to Rahal for strip. So why are you going to see Rahal rather than the docs in Turkey? Just to let you know, I saw pics of Dr. Erdogan and Koray. When I compare them to Rahal's results, they dont look as good. Rahal appears to generate more density than these Turkish docs. I'm saying this out of pure observation. Also, do you know if Rahal perfroms "ultra refined follicular unit grafting?"
  16. Thats why I'm asking past Rahal patients on the forum for their pics. I'd rather not visit the clinic to view their work. I'd rather see patient's results here on the forum before I decide to see Rahal. Thats the best thing to do personally.
  17. Hi win200. Can you tell me what are your thoughts on strip and FUE? Which is a better "guarantee" that the hair wont die? Which is better in terms of density?
  18. Are you serious?? I went to H&W's website and looked at the photos. And to me Rahal produces more density. Also, those guys who had HTs on H&W according to what I saw need more work. Its like they got more forehead than hair restored. Not a good look in my opinion.
  19. I appreciate your reply. But there are 2 problems with your response. First, no HT doc can guarentee any result. Second, I've seen Hasson and Rahal to me seems to be a bit better in terms of density.
  20. I need you guys to help settle a debate I'm having with myself. Which doctors do you think are better at creating density? Dr. Rahal or the docs in Turkey?
  21. I'd like to see Dr. Rahla for a HT, hopefully this year. I chose him because I think he's very good at what he does. But I want to make sure I'm making the right decision first. So, I'd like to ask those who had him as a doctor to please post your before and after pics. Thanks.
  22. Hi guys! Can someone please post pics of someone who has a HT of 50 grafts/cm2? I want to see what it looks like before I get the same done on me. Thanks guys!
  23. Look whos talking about lots of time on their hands.. Youve entertained us enough with your bullshit. Your paid troll work is done now. Go back to part time plumbing.
