    Thanks for the comments. @ can't decide, We did about 800 grafts in the crown areas and it was a combination of two and three hair units.

    Thank you for your kind comments. I think it's a good idea as a routine to have all the doctors post before shaving photos and immediate post ops, so we have better comparison on the results. I will post some pictures to make aaron happy. . Once again thank you for noticing Dr. Meshkin's great work.

    thanks every one. I found it to be very interesting too. The patient still looks great and his hair transplant has certainly stood the test of time.

    20 Year post op Class 6 MPHL 1800 grafts in front and mid-scalp was done 20 years ago. Patient recently came in for a follow up visit.

    Dr. Meshkin visited Dr. Knudsen's clinic in sydney australia and he was very impressed with his technique. Dr. Knudsen is very highly qualified, highly respected and very active doctor in the hair transplant community. I think he may have a satellite office in Melbourne as well. You may want to give him a visit.

    Thanks every one for your comments. Yes he has a very thick and curly hair texture, which helps him with density. I will try to see if we have any immediate post op pictures for you all to see.
