I see. So your reasons were that this doctor does max 2 patients per day, the doctor is involved in the surgery, the small punch he uses for extractions and his natural hairlines with irregularities. Well what I see is that in the post op photos your hair looks stuck together in curls with much water, while in the pre op it has a different hair style with longer hair slicked all back…Anyway I saw above that a guy mentioned that you had this hair transplant at 2008 before 16 years and it was FUT. And you had another one FUT hair transplant at 2011. So basically we are talking now for a hair transplant which took place before 16 years ?

I think your pre op and post op photos are not comparable since you have different hair styles. In the pre op photos you Comb your hair back while you don’t do that on the post op photos. Also the post op show much more wet hairs compared to the ore op. Everyone who does wet look in the hair transplants without combing his hair back will show gaps between his scalp. also keep in mind that if you are not taking finasteride your hair loss will normally progress if you are a diffuse thinner. So in your case you did not take finasteride and as a result your hair look was progressing…you can’t expect to have the same native hairs if you are not taking finasteride to stabilise your hair loss. Your hair transplant result might be successful but because you didn’t take finateride you would expect your hair loss to progress.

I mean that he should focus on real patient reviews and threads of final results from the doctors that he is interested to select, rather than asking people where to go. it could be good to see your hair transplant progress with dr yaman. What Norwood are you and how many grafts you got?

Since it looks like you had more hairs in the recipient area before the procedure and also the donor looks quite stressed but hopefully it will be healed in the next months...

I think you could also use minoxidil if you haven’t tried that so far.

Dr yaman is good and ethical doctor and his results are natural ones with soft hairlines and natural angulation of grafts. Most of his patient reviews are positive ones and he has a decent price. So he is probably one of the best value for money options. other good options in Turkey at a decent price would be Dr turan, Dr Gur and dr demirsoy. So in order to select someone just compare their results. This would be the best to do your own research and select rather than asking random guys what to do.

The work looks great with high density in the front and natural angulation of grafts. On the crown you did a have a small problem so I do think you didn’t need more grafts for that area. If more grafts had been implanted on crown then shock loss to your native hair could occur. Regarding for hygiene I don’t think there’s generally any problem as most patients didn’t have complain. But @FUECAPILAR can sort this out.

Yes vip package for Gur is that price but he also has the standard package for 3200€ with him doing the plan, design and incisions. dr demirsoy also his vip package is at 1.50€/graft but he also has standard package with him doing the incisions, plan and design at 1 €/graft.

Gur and turan are more affordable. if you select the standard package of dr Gur is 3500€ for 3200-3500 grafts. Turan charges about 1.2€/graft Demirsoy is also between 1-1.5 €/graft.

The result for the amount of grafts used and the huge area looks fine so far. He needs a second pass to achieve a better coverage and leave his hairs to grow. He didn’t even have favourable characteristics imo..doctors are not gods to give good coverage to patients with bad donor, bad characteristics and huge recipient area… @Eugenix Hair Sciences is a top clinic for such higher Norwood cases and I don’t think any other clinic would had given better result to this patient with one pass

You did have a significant amount of native hairs in your scalp, which were in a good condition and with a hair loss therapy they would stay there for a long time I think.. I have seen other surgeons to say that they always protect native hairs of their patients and implant between them without shock loss, so they could use much less grafts to give same coverage. Anyway that’s not matters now. Best of luck 🤞

The result of your first procedure looks good but 5300 grafts for frontal third and half of midscalp looks too much to be honest. I think you could have the same result with much less grafts in other clinics. Anyway I wish you good luck for the second procedure 🙏

9400 grafts is a huge amount of grafts. But can’t make any comment without photos…

Yaman is a great doctor and definitely not a hairmil, since he participates in all of his hair transplants by doing the critical parts like making incisions, plan, design, donor and recipient area measurements and supervises the surgeries.. in reality in Eugenix clinic the doctors do the same with dr yaman, while the extraction and implantation is done by techs like dr yaman. Dr pittella also has different packages depending on his involvement on the procedure, on his lower packages techs do the most parts of the procedure and only in one of the four packages he does the most parts which is really very expensive and most people don’t select it In addition both Eugenix and pittella are much more expensive and he is not able to afford them even if he has double of his current budget..so I don’t think they are feasible for him. Maybe if he selects the entry package if Eugenix but I would prefer yaman than a random doctor.

His density looks high tbh. It should be around 3000 grafts. He probably got convinced by other friends of him that got a good result from that clinic so he selected the same clinic.
