I have seen many great results from dr yaman and most of his work is good. Dr yaman is an ethical surgeon and he participates in all of his surgeries by doing incisions, plan, design, measurements of donor and recipient area and he supervises all of his hair transplants. So in general he is a good choice at a fair price. Of course you can find some not good results in every surgeon. Hair tranplants doctors can never give you a guarantee. You could also check other options too like FueCapilar (dr Turan, dr Gur) and dr Demirsoy which are also afforable options in Turkey with good results.

Indeed this patient was shaving his head constantly after his hair transplant, while it’s now allowed to shave your transplanted area for at least 7 months. This can cause some damage to the scalp.

in general temple work is a bit more difficult as it needs very fine hair to look natural. so that’s why many clinics avoid doing the temple points since if they do it might not look so natural. in your case I wouldn’t do temple work as it is difficult to look natural. I would only focus on the hairline to make it look strong with high density. You already have temples btw.. yes dr Gur and dr turan belong to fuecapilar. You could also consider dr bekir who charges 1.75 euro/graft. He was working at HLC clinic.

Within your budget you could consider Dr Gur, Dr turan, dr demirsoy, dr yaman or even Eugenix with the lower packages
