Hey. Which doctor do you refer to??
I was happy with my previous surgery, just that didnt match my expectations. more than 3k grafts for a smal portion with not great density was quite a hit. But yeah it was not a terrible surgery.
Cotellessa, in Valencia (Spain), that was a completely wrong decision (unnatural, bad angles, some multiples...). Happy you went for Couto finally.
-
You had a really good and natural result from your first surgery, obviously it could be better, as it will be following Couto's procedure.
Hopefully you had the second surgery with world class dr. Couto, and not with the dr. you mentioned in your previous thread. I had my surgery with her and I need a true repair procedure now following her careless and mediocre job; I would be reaaally happy if I had a result similar to the one you got with HLC.
All the best!
-
google maps is all you need, exactly
-
I think I've seen your case in youtube, in a Spanish chanel
The result with HLC was not bad, but there was lack in density. Anyways, the result seemed natural to me. I'm sure Couto will achieve the optimal result.

I don't know if this fits OPs situation, but I imagine there is some catharsis from going from bald/heavily thinned/receded to a decent amount of hair like he has now, regardless if it looks right or not.
Actually it makes sense to some extent, but since I consider "having a natural result" and not "having some (or a lof of) hair in places you didn't have before" the key, makes it difficult to me to understand the previous statement.
But obviously, it's all about expectations and stuff.

It's hard to understand how can you say 'I'm super happy with the results" while acknowledging that the hairline looks unnatural.
All the best with the repair!
-
Sadly it doesn't look as natural as it should. It's similar to mine (i haven't posted it yed) and I'm also seeking a repair. Thick hair and multiples in the very first line are the main concern to me regarding your result, even more than the straight hairline.
Where did you have your transplant?

my previous concerns on the doctor are rapidly disappearing, great job

I don't agree. I'm new to this forum, but I have been around other "regional" ones for years and the few existing patient reviews from Custodio's cases are not very positive: lack of naturality and doubles and triples where they should not be. In addition, it seems that there is poor communication among his team since, according to one patient's review in the Spanish forum, a patient was prescribed ketokonazol 2 days after the procedure "by mistake" and it was the forum users who prevented him from using it and made the patient ask the clinic again, then they just said "oops, a mistake". The case is still accessible for those who can read Spanish.
Finally, at least two of his cases have been repaired by a famous dr in Madrid specialised in repairs, as can be seen in his videos.

I'm very critic with results in general, but to be completely honest, your result looks natural, and that's the most important thing. Yes, there can be some flaws somewhere that I can't see on the pictures, but iyou have got a really good hair right now and must be happy about that.

I hope everything is healing properly, all the best and keep us updated, as I said in previous comments, you're helping a lot of people by sharing your procedure

Thanks for sharing your corrective surgery, you are helping a lot of people.
How many grafts managed the doctor to punch out in today's session? How many removal sessions are scheduled?
Thank you and all the best

What about removing all the existing grafts on the recipient and moving them back to donor to recover a normal bald patern?
I remember a case by Lorenzo similar to yours, i'll see if I can find the video

I'm unfortunately on the same situation and I'm learning a lot from this topic.
I hope we all get the desired results because once you had a bad hair transplant everything becomes more and more difficult.
Do a few misangled grafts require an actual repair?
