It's a great and natural result, congratulations!
I can't actually find those doubles in the hairline. Maybe in the transition zone, but that is common an even required.

I think the patient is having a bad time and it is to some extent understandable, we all know what the first one or two months after the operation are like. If we add to that that it is a repair (with all the emotional wear and tear that the journey entails) and that there may have been certain misunderstandings or communication problems, it becomes even more intense.
You are in the worst moment, what you say about the donor area, the amount of grafts extracted is so small that, even if it were weakened at first, the difference would be minimal, especially considering the care with which Dr Bisanga works. It is better that you take some time, rest and come back later with a more global vision of the operation.
You have put yourself in the best hands when it comes to repairs, don't get obsessed and you will see how everything ends up going as it should.

In this forum you can find guys that got their missangled/multi/thicker grafts punched out, some cases involving a few hundred and other involving more than 1 thousand. Similar cases can be found in other regional forums. Invest time and resources in doing extensive research. All the best.

Do not go for electrolisis without having consulted some doctors. That would be something you may regret.

Dr. Wong as long as you are content with row implantation.

all the best @Ajamilo, being a repair patient is never easy but you have chosen a great surgeon.
I hope the previous thread is not disappearing because it may help some people as well.

I am so happy you are considering dr Bisanga for the repair. He is not only a great doctor with experience in repairs but also ethical.
Let's be honest. The result is really poor and I, if I was a doctor, would be ashamed to produce such a result and not taking full responsibility of my actions.

Your first surgery was awful and it's a shame that doctor was recommended on this forum.
That being said, your repair looks great but better pics will help

This is sadly a poor planing and definitely not normal outcome. Using a really small area to harvest from causes this.
At least, do you have good results on the recipient area?

Hey thank you for the suggestion, just included a frontal picture. Check it out! @baddecisions
Thank you for your update and for having taken into account my suggestion. I am considering as well a repair/touch up surgery and your case has some similarities to mine.
Your hair looks really good, even more considering this is a repair surgery. I was skeptical about the strategy (= not surgically removing some grafts from the previous surgery), but I am very happy to see that I was mistaken. So happy for you!

obviously yes, I can't image a world where Zarev is not a recommended doctor

Accept your baldness and (that's my opinion) remove that smp. It's better to be a regular bald person thant someone with ink in the head.
Moreover, the results you will get with a hair transplant won't be enough to justify the effort: years of procedures and waiting in order to have, in the best case scenario considering you current state, a poor coverage.
All the best!

everything looks on track, all the best!

I think this topic is not super visible. Many users skip first few pinned topics. I only noticed this poll, because i was following topic with nominations.
Same for me.

it looks soft and natural
can you share pictures of the right temple as well, so that we can make a comparison?
-
Shaving it all for some months can be a good choice, so that you can relax and disconnect a bit from the hair issue.

I am so happy to read this.
I hope you end up finding a great surgeon with the best approach to your situation.

both "tickets" and "entrances" can be translated in Spanish as "entradas", which, at the same time, is a word that also means "temple recession". It's just a bad translation, a language barried as Melvin said.

I completely agree with @jjalay : with that age, future progression and limited budget you should not have a transplant now.

All the best! You have made the best decision having the surgery with Muresanu.
Did you post your previous surgeries on the forum?

would you mind, if possible, taking frontal pictures instead of pictures from above?

Since you see yourself every single day and look from a very short distance at the mirror, you may find some weaknesses. However, you look completely natural and that is the main goal for a hair transplant or for any other plastic surgery. You must be really happy. Congratulations.
