So being a women not the best side effect. Medical community then went with your topical version for hair and put it on the self as a bp medication. I would check Tibc, ferritin, FE plus cbc. If you always have been on lower end of normal that may just be your makeup not necessarily detrimental to your hair transplant but have you sent your results to the clinic you are going to? Share your concern with them as well.

You may just have a cold. If it’s in the low end of normal if you are concerned you can repeat a standard cbc. Certain meditations may cause this and various other things. Those levels bounce around as well repeat in 2 weeks a cbc to rule out lab error. Discontinue biotin 10 days before labs sometimes it causes a false positive reading. But I would not worry about it unless it’s consistently low.
