  1. Can you post some pictures of the donor area too? You seem to have thick hair but from these pictures it"s really hard to tell.
  2. In your position i would not consider having a hair transplant. Your hair looks great as it is.
  3. Sorry for my words but judging from your donor i don"t think you are a candidate for another fue procedure:
  4. They are a hair mill as most of the clinics in Turkey. Simply avoid them.
  5. Where did you had the surgery done? After 4000 grafts your donor area already looks exhausted, i dont think you are a candidate for another fue procedure. Yo should wait for the 12 months mark to see the full results. If thiese gaps are still there you can use some dermmatch in oder to cover it up.
  6. Again as i said to you before, let people see the pictures and judge from their own. You can say black is white and white is black for whatever reason you have but i am not willing to believe you.
  7. In this case you say 5200 grafts are not enough to achieve visual density and this bas result is reasonable. In this case: you say 4000 grafts were to many to cover the hairline and the midscalp and you are not impressed. This behaviour doesnt make any sense to me. I think i ve proved everything i have said about the number of grafts needed in higher nordwoods and acceptable results with facts and articles from elite doctors, not with my personal experience. I dont want to put this thread off tract. You have a reason for what you are saying and i am ok with that. At the end people can see results and judge from themselves.
  8. Oh man, sorry for your results so far. Your donor area doesn`t look in best shape after the surgery either, looks overarvested. It might get better in the next 4 months and you have to stay positive.
  9. No, this is another company. Good that they are going through clinical trials but too early to make a judgment about this product.
  10. If this is amazing density with great survival rate, well i don`t want this, better stay bald. I don"t know how the patient is looking now because the photo is at 7 months postop.. But if it stayed like this its not only that it will look as poor growth but it will look weird too. Kashnw7hope sorry for my words, i don`t mean to offend you in anyway.
  11. You really can`t compare these two cases. This is a NW-7 patient and these 13.000 grafts were uses not only for the front but to cover the front, midscalp and a huge crown. If we had the total breakdown of the grafts i am preety sure that the number of grafts used from Dr. Zarev to cover the front and midscalp were about 6000 grafts. Also we don`t know how many from these 13000 grafts were bodyhair and how many from the scalp grafts were splitted in order to create more grafts.
  12. You have to use it twice per week combined with another shampoo like head and shoulders to get the best results without irritation.
  13. We are not talking about native density here, nobody wants or better said expects to achive native density after a hair transplant. I think its good to separate the illusion of density that you are talking about from lack of density after a poor result. About the number of grafts needed according to the scale of baldness of every patient you can also read this article from Bernstein medical: https://www.bernsteinmedical.com/hair-transplant/basics/graft-numbers/ It says nowhere that you need 12-13 k grafts to restore your hair as a NW VI-VII patient. The length of the hair is important and it adds more volume and coverage if you leave your hair long after a hair transplant. This is the same for people without hairloss too. Most of the patient after a hair transplant also want to leave their hairs long and be able to style it in different ways. But i don´t believe that after a hair transplant you are not allowed to cut your hair short. If you need to leave your hair at 7 cm long after a HT in order to cover bald patches on your head then something is gone terribly wrong.
  14. HDC with Dr. Maras or Dr. Vryonidou is a great option worth considering for your case. They produce some really great results and i think they are affordable too. They are recommended in this forum too.
  15. Right now you really just can´t tell. You have to wait another 6 months and then reasess. If itstays like this then definately this is not a good result.
  16. Put two oo between W and d ant then you have the right name of the doctor, Sorry
  17. Turkey is the capital of hair mills and botched plastic surgery, not a good place to get a hair transplant. Dr. Knudsen doesnt have a good reputation as far as the results that he produces so i would not recommend him. You can consider Dr. Laorwong and Dr. Pathomvanich in Thailand, they are both really great and produce great results. The only doctor that i would think of in Australia is Dr. Ray Wds but he is expensive. At 2023 i dont know the kind of work that he produces.
  18. Why you think that it won´t look natural? With fut you can get more grafts and later on even plan for a second procedure with fue to add even more density. Your donor area does not look bad although you have to let it grow 1-2 cm to ger a better idea of your donor capacity. If you are not sure about getting a hairtransplant and feeling ok with the shaved look then definately the best choice is not do anything and keep rocking the shaved look.
