If you already had an fut procedure imo its better to proceed with a second fut. You should talk with your doctor about these two options too.

Above 3000 grafts but it really depends on your situation and your future needs. If you dont mind having a scar on the back of your head and you have as absolutely priority to save more grafts for future use then fut is the way to go. But once again for a small procedure with 1500 grafts for the hairline its always better to go with fue. Transection rate it depends from the clinic you choose, if you choose a good doctor the transection rate both with fue or fut is preety low nowadays.

If you need a small amount of grafts something like 1500 grafts there is no point proceeding with fut. Its better to proceed with fue for a small amount of grafts. I think you missunderstood what the patient said. The doctor was not there by the placement of the grafts nad this is what normally happens by the most clinics where technisians are placing the grafts with the doctor ocassionally checking on the patient. In the H&W clinic it is known that for the fue procedures the extraction of the grafts is being done by technisians that from what i have seen so far they are preety good at what they are doing. This is also being done under the supervision of the doctor. In this case the result looks really not good and the doctor involvement was also poor and i really hope someone of the clinic will comment on this thread. But for the complications that you are saying there is not much that it can be done by a ht doctor in a ht clinic. If a patient gets an allergish schock due to lidocaine or other medications he cannot be treated properly in a ht clinic, he needs to be transfered to a hosptital as soon as possible to get proper treatment, in such cases a treatment with general anesthesia of the patient might be needed as well. In cases of skin necrosis the only thing that the doctor can do is to stop the surgery and perscribe antibiotics to avoid an infection. The same goes for cases of excessive bleeding. In cases of serious preety low blood pressure once again the patient needs to be transferred to a hospital to get proper treatment. Unfortunately the vast majority of ht doctors are not in the position to treat such rare conditions simply because they dont have the means for something like that. But its important to be able to recognize such complications and this is what most doctors do in such rare occasions.

You got really lucky they didnt botched you at elithair, ive seen some teriffic work from this clinic. At this budget your best options are fuecapilar with dr gur or dr turan. Another option you can consider is dr Sikos in budapest, ive seen some really good work from him and he is a good budget option. My general advice would be to wait a little more before proceeding with a second surgery, you are too young and you dont know how your hairloss will progress.

With hattingen an fut megasession will cost you aroung 12,5K for 4000 grafts and you might be able to get full coverage. They are a little bit above yor budget but they are world class. Be sure to check them out or have an online consultation with them.

Your donor can give 3000-4000 grafts via fue without overharvesting. If you want to cover the crown you will have to utilize beard grafts for that. HDC in Cyprus, dr gur and dr bicer are good options. In your shoes i would go for an fut procedure though. This will allow you to harvest a big amont of grafts without thinning the donor area and probably you will be able to cover the crown in one sitting via fut or with a small procedure via fue in a second sitting. Hattingen hair in switzerland is a really good option for this kind of fut megasession and you should have a consultation with them too. If you only care about fue, you will have to utileze beard grafts in order to not cause any damage to the donor area. HDC in cyprus usually does this kind of megasessions with beard hair with great sucess rate.

You really dont need more than 1500 maximum 2000 grafts to cover this area. I think both pekiner and laorwong are great options and you cant go wrong with anyone you choose.

There are many reasons, damaging the grafts by extraction or implantation, grafts stayed too long out side of the body in an inproper solution and died, gaft placement not in the right depth, grafts not being refind before placement, in rare ocasion patients that have a skin problem and it is not detected. These are just some of the reasong of bad growth, in your case nowone can tell exactly. What you might wanna try now is medication like oral minoxidil, this might boost the growth of your native hair and give you a better density.

YOu have to give finasteride 12 months time to see if you will get any improvement in the donor area. Just to give you an idea your donor area right now looks as you already had surgery and you have been overharvested, so you dont have much resources. Your beard hair from the other side looks great(it can give 2K grafts witout any visible diferrence) and you can utilize beard and chest hair for a hairtransplant. My suggestion would be to give finasteride 1 year to see how it goes. After that and if you are not ok with the idea of shaving your head you should contact a doctor that specializes in higher NW cases using body hair. There are not many doctors that can take your case and give you a good result without causing any damage, in your case i think dr Pitella in Brazil is possibly the best choice you can make.

Your donor is really poor and it seems that you have dupa. You have no donor hair to support a hairtransplant to achieve your goals. Imo the best option would be to shave your head and see if you like it. You might be surprised about how good this might fit your case.

This might be from minoxidil or you already have some growth from the new transplanted hair that are coming out at the beginning as vellus hair. You already have a full head of hair, what areas did you need to cover with this hairtransplant?

Yet it came nothing out of it.I would suggest you not to focus on new breakthrough treatments and concentrate on the therapies that already exist. A good hairtransplant is also in the game.

No, a hairtransplant should not be obvious in direct light. As for the density you might get some improvement in the next 4 months and you should wait and see. But if it stays like this after 3600 grafts you are not where you should be, aka a fair amount of grafts didnt survive.

Seriously now you saw a picture on ther website and this is how you came to the conclusion that they use microscopes properly during surgery? Once again all the patients that had botched jobs were 100% satisfied with the clinic before getting the surgery and seeing the actualr results of it. Communication per Whatsapp, all questions answered telling the patient what he want to hear, fishing, transport from the airport, five star hotel, translator, and the list goes on... Many of such clinics dont advertise heavily because they cooperate with medical tourism companies and offices in the uk and us where patients are send there per comission. Don"t be so naive doing your research about getting a hairtransplant and make sure you have all the right information you need.
