  1. I stayed at the Marriott since I have points there. Great hotel but a little bit of a trip to the drs office. I didn’t mind it. I walked there and back every morning to get the head wash. It was fun to tour the city that way. Used the water taxi to get across the river. There grand palace and Wat Arun at fun to see and travel around via water taxi. The first day or two you may feel like staying inside so going to the mall Siam paragon was great. AC and lots ton do and eat. There are tons of night markets which are also great when trying to avoid the sun and heat. I felt pretty good after so we did a ton of stuff. After 4 days of washing I got a plane to Chang Mai and then to Phuket. Good luck!
  2. Hi Everyone. I'm at the 8 month mark. Not much more growth. The pictures are in pretty harsh light and fresh out of the shower with a hand comb. I think the crown looks a little better from 6 months but hard to tell. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the outcome. May want a touch up at some point but this will last me for years.
  3. My head is still numb. I think I am starting to get used to it. I was hoping it would go away but still completely worth it even if it is permanent.
  4. Hi Everyone, Here are some pics from a little after the 6 month mark. This is freshly out of the shower with damp hair. Probably the worst it ever looks. I'm very happy so far. Obviously I hope it continues to thicken but throw in a little hair powder and it looks great. I've been wearing hats religiously for 15+ years and now I barely wear one. Mission accomplished.
  5. Yeah it’s such a great feeling. I wore hats every day. Now I don’t wear them at all. It’s so nice not have to worry about what your hair looks like. I just sprinkle a little hair powder on it and go. Laorwong really is good!
  6. Wow! Looking great! You still have more months to thicken. You must be loving you new hair.
  7. laorwong in thailand does no shave recipient
  8. Big difference. Hopefully it will continue to thicken for you but results so far look good!
  9. Looks really good and still more months to fill in more! Congrats!
  10. I wouldn't worry about it. I had a lot of shockloss and it took a good 4 months to recover. Your donor looks a lot better than mine did. Just have to be patient and trust the process.
  11. I got a lot of sides from oral fin. I started topical 3 months ago and the sides are definitely better. I wouldn't say they are nonexistent but I think I can manage. Definitely worth a shot to keep from losing around the transplanted area.
  12. Yeah, I wore them everywhere. Slowly getting rid of the habit.
  13. It is so hard to know if this is bad or good without details. The pattern does look too small but maybe it is ok with number of grafts. We don;t even know how long it has been. My donor looked terrible after due to shock loss but looks fine now. Give it time..find out more details.
  14. It is strange how that one spot looked more dense or had more scabbing post op. You will need to wait the full time since others have had later growth areas. Hope that’s your case. Have you talked with dr?
  15. I think it was a good approach to go conservative. The work looks really clean. Should tune out great!
  16. Looks great! Many more months for the hairs to mature and thicken.
  17. Nice write up. Work looks clean as expected from AHC. Bothe Dr L and P have been doing some great work.
  18. Looks right on track! Good luck, should turn out nice.
  19. Looking good! Nice to be in the final stages and happy with the outcome! It might even get thicker.
