  1. This simply isn't true. Side effects can remain for years after a person stops taking Finasteride. There is a reason there are lawsuits and a whole forum dedicated to long term effects of fin It is a risk.
  2. Your hair actually looks fine. Just need a bit of a hair cut. While I am sure you are going to do the procedure. Think would be better to wait 4 years and see what happens. Then can get one. really hair looks fine
  3. I want to see pics of this as well. Not all of us have donor area to support a large transplant
  4. Going to have to disagree. Not sure how it would not be ethical. In the world of cosmetic surgery this is pretty tame. If the person wanted it, why not. There are no medical issues involved unlike some plastic surgery. If they ever wanted to stop having a mohawk they could just cut the top. I honestly think mohawk transplant is a solid option for some people who probably going to have problems getting full coverage.
  5. I saw this guy and asked to take a few pictures. He had a unique look. I am wondering if he had a HT but since he was most likely a high Norwood he decided not to attempt full coverage and just to do a mohawk and shave the sides of his head. Seems like a solid option for those who would need a lot of graphs but don't want to over harvest the donor zone and don't want to do beard or chest hair. Boxes put on pics to preserve his privacy. He was maybe 54 to 65 years old.
  6. Your hair isn't going to fall out just because of climate. If there was non medical way to stop hairloss it would be the most popular treatment. Alternative to HT or drugs is cut your hair short. Done right can still look good.
  7. There is a reason there are lawsuits. For sure higher chance than lightening. One is messing with the body's natural function. Yes some people are fine. Other are not. Its a gamble.
  8. Need to see pre operation pics to form any kind of opinion. Please provide.
  9. I think he is joking. So many times people don't put up enough photos or they have bad lighting or out of focus. You put a lot. Only thing I would add is to put the approx month (after the operation) for each photo.
  10. For people with no time, $100 isn't outrageous. if a midrange HT is $10k in the US, this is 1% of the price. Maybe he sends the person to a better place than say Bosley or something the person would have picked. Then money well spent. I am not paying the guy but it isn't a scam.
  11. yeah, the hair thing I understand but the fillers no. it just makes people look weird.
  12. If you don't submit a decent amount of pics and pre and post transplant then how are people supposed to give you advice?
  13. I just looked up this Dr. He is doing 11k, 12k, even nearly 13k grafts. Seems extreme.
  14. Have you post pics of your head in the forum as it is now, before the impending transplant?
  15. Is it normal for the recipient area to be red after over a month?
  16. Looked at the site WHY CHOOSE US FOR HAIR TRANSPLANTATION? Simultaneous grafts placement with use of implanter pen to ensure “ no root touch technique “ and 100% grafts survival. No one can guarantee 100% survival rate from my understanding.
  17. If it is effecting you, stop taking fin. Don't mess yourself up. Can always do a more conservative approach to your hairline, less coverage.
  18. To early. If you want to look younger you could shave. You don't look old in the pics. Hair is thick.
  19. I didn't know this was a NSFW forum 😅 But really if fin hurts your sexual functions STOP taking it. There is a reason there are lawsuits. Don't risk it. Hair is nice but not worth losing health.
  20. Did Dr paddy's 3600 include both the front and the top of you scalp or just the font?
